I bring valuable expertise in curriculum development, teaching and learning, quality assurance, and inclusive education in post-16 teaching. My career has held managing vocational, distance learning, and SEN departments. Fully qualified as a lecturer, assessor, internal quality assurer (IQA), and SENCO.
I am an advocate for inclusive and accessible education, committed to enabling all learners to reach their full potential. Creative, ambitious, and forward-thinking, I strive to improving the quality of teaching and learning. I take pride in coaching and mentoring staff to enhance pedagogical practices.
Beyond my full-time role, I contribute to the wider education community as a governor at an Often rated "outstanding" Secondary School, where I serve on both the governance board and curriculum committees.
